Its a no-fault divorce and it was filed at the beginning of October
We’re both in fl. And have been separated for over 2 years. I’m trying to figure out if the divorce will be done before I have my baby.
We’ve already both signed and turned in the papers and have no kid together.

Animals do not commit suicide because they are not afraid of their life. They hope that they are capable to overcome their problems.
But, human beings commit suicide.
Divorce is taken by those couples who are not confident on themselves.

Nevada has no-fault divorce, but if I were to show how crazy my husband is, would it help in the custody of my daughter?

I would suspect that it would but I think usually the mother would get custody of a daughter anyhow. If your daughter is old enough the judge could ask her perhaps but you never said how old she is.

but he was the one that was having an affair. I can even knew. She gave him a No fault divorce even though he was the infidel. The divorce decree never mentioned his retirement and my mom didnt have the money to get a lawyer so she signed the settlement. I know he is protected by the USFSPA but there has got be some way she can at least get alimony.

No one divorces for a “trivial” reason. Dissolving a marriage is never trivial for either person who is getting the divorce.
