Go to your local supreme court clerk and ask for a divorce booklet. Depending on your state adn income they have programs for the fees to be waivied. I would start there and go from that point. If your state handles divorces through a different court than supreme court go up to the court clerks desk and ask for a booklet. It is a great place to start.

Well, my parents are divorced and my dad lives in an apartment. It’s just missing those little things that make it a home- magnets on the fridge, pictures on the walls, etc. any ideas how I can make it more homey for cheap? Oh, and we can’t paint the walls.

Go to the dollar store and pick up some frames. You can put family pictures around. You can also pick up small prints and arrange them in groups on the wall.

I am divorced with 2 kids (12 and 14). I won’t be going to disney. probably universal, maybe a hollywood tour, bevery hills and such. touristy stuff mostly. I live in Philly and go to the beach here all the time so that does really interest me.

Well, tickets for universal, hollywood backlot tours, etc can range from $ 5-100, depending on what you see.

A neat thing in Beverly Hills is Rodeo Drive. It’s free to walk around, but you should be carrying a few thousand in your wallet if you expect to buy some things. You will see A LOT of nice cars, and maybe a celebrity if you’re lucky. I’ve been there many times, and have seen Angelina Jolie, and a few other people that my parents knew but I didn’t
