Should we get rid of no fault divorce?
Seems to me when someone makes a contract with another, in order to break it, there should be a reason. What do you think?
mistress (love the name), it would be fine if it was a contract between the two, but it is government sanctioned, so all three would need to agree. Also, if only one wants to end the marriage, the marriage can STILL end.

divorce is different because it is a CONTRACT that benefits the parties FINANCIALLY through the GOVERNMENT
for those giving examples of why divorce should end…THERE IS A REASON, so no need for no fault. Funny, everyone wants the government to recpgnize some marriages, and not others, but want them to butt out when you are done with it. Intersting
yes, life experiences changes you…should there be an age restriction of like 30 years old then? Just because I was too young to buy a new car, doesn’t mean that it wasn’t reposessed and it didn’t ruin my credit. With mistakes comes accountability

Divorce Papers?
My friend is getting married this summer, but thinks that her fiance is still married. Where can we get a copy of his divorce papers online with out it costing us money? Any help would be appreciated!
